My yoga offerings are diverse, from slow flow to prenatal.

However, each of my classes originates from the purpose to connect your mind, body and breath to arrive at the present moment.

Discovering through yoga that all that you need you already are and have.  You can try to describe how a class would feel but simply it is something that is felt and experienced. 

I enjoy teaching poses where  students can explore what feels best in their body and encourage them to identify and acknowledge the sensations in their frame.

I believe that all bodies are different and every pose will look unique when practiced by each student.

I strive to deliver classes that are clear, creative and calming.

I create classes that encourage flow and space while challenging the body in an approachable way.
