My classes have evolved over the years, but the through-line is simple: intelligent movement that helps you feel better in your body and more capable in your life.
I teach yoga the way I live it—practical, grounded, and deeply human. Yes, we’ll connect breath, body, and attention… but not in a vague way. You’ll understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, what it supports (hips, back, shoulders, nervous system, energy), and how to take it with you when class ends.
Expect clear cueing, smart sequencing, and plenty of options. I’ll guide you toward sensation over shape—because every body is different, and “doing it right” looks like listening well. My job isn’t to push you harder; it’s to help you move with more awareness, more strength, and more trust.
Classes are spacious and calming, but still effective. You’ll flow, build heat when it makes sense, slow down when you need it, and leave feeling both worked and restored—like you got something real, not just a stretch and a vibe.
This is yoga you can actually use. In your joints. In your breath. In your day.
