Barre is a fantastic partner to any other movement style.

In my opinion, it is the perfect compliment to any yoga practice.

Barre is low impact but improves cardiovascular endurance, as well as muscle stamina and strength in all areas of the body. It also improves posture and develops a powerful mind-body connection.  

When you attend my barre classes you can expect the class to consist of a warm up, a standing section at the barre or a chair and to conclude with core work.

In class, we focus on functional movements which are movements that are founded and improve real life movements.

I offer variations to guarantee the sequences feel pain free in all bodies.
